Serving as the managing director of this innovative company situated in Amanase, near Suhum in the Eastern Region, Michael has spearheaded remarkable advancements in organic chocolate production. With a career spanning over 13 years across diverse roles and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he stands out as a prominent leader in the sector.

Michael completed his secondary education at Okuapeman School, specializing in General Science. He then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at KNUST. Driven by his dedication to enhancing food quality and safety, he furthered his studies with an MSc. in Food Quality Management, acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to enact positive change in the chocolate manufacturing industry. In addition to his academic pursuits, Michael has actively sought professional certifications in project management and food safety management systems, obtained in Denmark and the Netherlands, showcasing his unwavering commitment to ongoing professional growth.

Michael's advancement in his career is evidence of his exceptional leadership skills. Having worked in a variety of roles, he has made significant contributions and built relevant experience in supply chain, production, quality control, customer relations, and logistics divisions in the chocolate manufacturing industry.  His tenure in managerial roles, spanning almost a decade, has showcased his ability to steer teams toward success.

Under Michael's leadership, fairafric Ghana Limited has become a change agent, directly employing over 130 people and indirectly creating numerous job opportunities. His commitment to community development and impactful contributions is evident through his mentorship of young individuals, equipping them with knowledge and motivation to thrive.

Michael’s passion about helping others and effecting positive change extends beyond his professional pursuits. He invests his time in mentoring a group of young individuals, nurturing their growth and development. Michael believes in a balanced work life and enjoys playing volleyball and table tennis in his leisure time.
